We use a standardized grading system ranging from 'New with Tags' to 'Gently Loved.' Detailed descriptions and high-resolution photos are provided for every piece to highlight any minor wear or imperfections.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Domestic shipping usually takes 3-5 business days, while international delivery times vary depending on the destination and customs processing.

What is your return policy for consignment pieces?

Due to the unique nature of consigned goods, all sales are final. However, if an item is found to be significantly different from its description or if there is an authenticity concern, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

How can I sell my designer items through TBC Consignment?

To start selling, simply submit photos of your items through our online portal. Once approved, we will provide a prepaid shipping label. You earn a percentage of the final sale price once your item finds a new home.
