At TBC Consignment, we stand by the authenticity of our luxury curated collection and offer a 7-day return window for eligible items in their original condition. Please note that certain designer pieces and final sale items may be excluded to maintain the integrity of our consignment inventory.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our concierge team within 7 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the item back in its original packaging, ensuring all security tags, designer dust bags, and authenticity cards are included and intact.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location to ensure tracked delivery back to our boutique.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our specialists verify the item's condition against its original listing, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
